Black Forest
Ingredients
1/2 kg Chocolate sponge ( Note : see the Chocolate sponge in my website)
3/4 lit Fresh Cream
100 gm Chocolate
1/4 lit Sugar Syrup
20 nos Fresh Cherry ( optional )
4 tbsp Fruit Jam
Method
1. Prepare the chocolate sponge and cool it
2. Cut the sponge into 3 or 4 layers and sprinkle sugar syrup
3. Sandwich the layers with fresh cream and sprinkle chopped seedless cherries
4. Cover top and sides of the cake with the remaining cream and press the grated dark chocolates into the sides
5. Sprinkle the grated chocolate on top and sides and decorate with cherries
