 Sweet Bun 




Ingredients Used 

160 gm Refined Flour ( Maida ) 

20 gm Powdered Sugar

5 gm Yeast ( instant dry yeast)

10 ml Oil 

2 gm ( 1 tsp ) Vanilla powder or Essence

2 Tbsp Tutty Fruity or Raisins


1 tsp Till seeds (sesame seeds) 

1 no Egg White 

1/2 tsp Salt


Method


1. Soak the dry yeast into the Luke warm water 


2. Measure and take the ingredients like refined flour, sugar, vanilla powder, salt, tutty fruity and oil in one vessel


3. Mix it well of all the ingredients then add the soaked yeast into it


4. Gradually pour the water and to make the very soft dough

 

5. keep it aside the dough for 20 min, for fermentation with closed lid

6. After 20 mins you can see the texture of the dough it fermented 

7. Divide into even sized balls then Shape it like balls, then place it on greased  tray



8. Leave it 10 min in the tray for Proofing, after that make the brushing with egg white  


9. Bake it in Pre heated oven for 15 min with 200
