Ingredients
 

2 cup ( 350 gm ) White Rawa ( sooji )

1 cup ( 175 gm ) Split Black Gram

¼ tsp Fenugreek seeds

1 Tbsp salt 

 

Method

1.         1. Soak the Black gram for 2 hours 


 

2.       2. Grind till light and frothy, then Leave it for four hours  

 


3.             3. Mix with roasted and cooled rawa ( sooji )



 

 

4.      4 .  Roast the mustard seeds, black gram, curry leaves and coriander leaves 


          5. Add salt, Baking soda and then pour the water gradually to make a pouring consistency batter



5.             6. Check the salt and steam it in idly steamer as like idly
