Plain Muffins 2 / Butter muffins

 Plain muffins 


Ingredients

164 gm Refined Flour 

140 gm Fat ( Butter or Vanaspathi or Margarine )

164 gm Powdered Sugar 

4 nos Egg

3 gm Baking powder 

1 ml Orange essence 

10 gm Milk powder 

Salt ( pinch ) 


Method 

1. Grease the muffin mould and keep it ready 

2. Cream the fat with powdered sugar( divided into 2 parts) and add the beaten egg gradually then cream it well 




3. Add the salt,essence milk powder into the cream, mix it well 


4. Sieve the flour with baking powder then add into the cream mixture gradually, make it as a batter 




 5. Transfer the batter into the prepared mould, bake it at 175℃ for 20 mins
