Plain Biscuit


 

Ingredients

Flour                  250 g

Fat                 -      150 g

Icing Sugar    -      100 g

Vanilla essence/powder        -   1 ml 

Water              -       ml

 

Methods

1.    1.   Sieve the flour

2.  2.   Mix ammonia with water

3.  3.  Cream the fat with sieved icing sugar. Add ammonia water gradually, mix it well.

4.  4.  Fold the flour and mix to a soft dough.

5.  5.  Sheet the dough on a floured table into desired thickness (5 mm) and cut into desired            cutter.

6.  6.  Arrange it on a clean tray and leave 1 inch space between the pieces for spreading.

7.  7.  Bake it at 160-170  ̊C for about 10 minutes.
