Peanut Cookies
Ingredients Used
160 gm Refined flour ( Maida )
100 gm Fat ( Butter or Vanspati or Margarine)
1 no Egg white
90 gm Sugar
1 gm salt
1 gm Baking Powder
2 ml Vanilla essence or Powder
80 gm Powdered Peanuts
Method
1. Cream the fat with powdered sugar and add the beaten egg white gradually then cream it well
2. Add the salt, vanilla essence and peanut powder into the cream
3. Mix it well, until the soft dough
4. Round each piece and flat it with your palm, place it on a tray
6. Bake it at 180℃ for about 10 mins
