 Masala Egg / Masalyachi Andi 

Ingredients Used 

4 nos     Egg 

2 nos     Onion 

1/4         Coconut 

1/2 tsp   Chilly powder 

5 nos     Peppercorns 

2 nos      Cloves 

1 ( small ) - Cinnamon 

Salt - to taste 

1 cup ( 30 ml ) Oil 

Method 

1. Hard boil the egg and remove the shell

2. Grind to a fine paste coconut, chilly powder, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon and salt 

3. Slit eggs lengthwise and stuff with ground spices 

4. Heat the oil then add the sliced onion make it brown colour 

5. Add remaining masala with little water, leave it simmer till spices are cooked 

6. Add eggs and bring to boil
