Scrambled Blood 



Ingredients used 

2 cup Goat Blood 

1 no Onion ( Chopped )

3 nos Greenchillies 

2 Spring Curry leaves 

1 tsp Mustard seeds 

1/4 Coconut ( grated ) 

3 tbsp Oil


Note : No need to add salt 

Method 

1. Pre- Prepare all the ingredients like chopped and grated 


2. Heat the oil in kadai then add the mustard seeds, after it cracked then add the curry leaves, greenchillies and onion then saute it well



3. After well saute of the onion turn into light brown then pour the blood and mashed it, then leave it for 10 min with closed lid




4. It will turn into black after it reach the cooked stage, then add the grated coconut it will enrich the taste.


5. Scrambled fully till without water consistency 



6. Serve it with rice
