Fatless Vanilla Sponge

 


FATLESS VANILLA SPONGE

 

Ingredients

Eggs                    -        150gm

Castor sugar        -        150gm

Cake flour           -        150gm

Vanilla essence    -           3 gm

 

Method

 

 1.    Scale all the ingredients. Place the eggs and the vanilla essence in a clean bowl and               start whisking it with a slow addition of castor sugar.
2.    Once the egg mixture becomes light and fluffy gently fold in the cake flour.
3.    Pour the mixture in to cake rings and bake them in a preheated oven at 175 ̊C till baked.
4.    Once baked remove it from the oven, cool it on a wire rack and use as required.
