Ingredients

Flour                -    250 gm

Sugar               -       20g

Fat                   -        15g

Yeast               -          2g

Salt                 -          2g

Water              -       110ml

Milk powder   -           4g

Omam            -            2g

 

Methods

  1.        Prepare the dough as per bread roll
  2.     Weigh into 20 g pieces and roll with the help of fingers to a pencil thickness.
  3.     Place it on a prepared tray and proof it for 30 minutes.
  4.     Bake it at 200  ̊C till golden brown colour. If it is not crisp again dry it on low heat.
