Bread Rolls
Ingredients
Flour - 250 gm
Sugar - 25 gm
Fat - 25 gm
Yeast - 5 gm
Salt - 2 gm
Water - 160 ml
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Methods
1. 1.Prepare the dough as per the procedure given before till knock back stage
2. 2. Divide the dough into 50 g weight, round each piece and let it relax for 10 minutes.
3. 3. Mould into various fancy shapes and place them on a greased baking tray and leave sufficient space for expansion.
4. 4. When half proofed, give egg wash, sprinkle some sesame or poppy seeds on top.
Bake at 220 ̊C till golden brown colour. After baking give oil wash for shining.
