Bamboo Mushroom Biryani
It is made out in Traditional way of Bamboo cooking method. The Biriyani is prepared under the Chettinadu Style with Bamboo. It is the one of the tastiest Biriyani with the flavour of Bamboo.
Ingredients Used
1 cup Basmati rice
100 gm Mushroom
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 no Cinnamon
2 nos Cardamom
1 Bay leaf
1 no Green chillies
1 no Onion
1 no Tomato
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Chilly powder
1 cup ( 30 ml ) Curd
1 tbsp Mint leaves
1 tsp Salt
1/4 Banana leaf
Method
1. Collect all the Ingredients,bamboo and be ready for the preparation
2. Heat the oil in kadai then add the whole cinnamon, cardamom,bay leaf , greenchillies and onion make it as light brown colour
3. Onion turn into light brown colour, add the 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste then reduce the raw flavor
7. Enrich the flavor add the chopped mint leaves
10. Pour the mushroom watery gravy above the rice and mix it well with rice
12. Fire the charcoal before 30 min, then place the prepared bamboo in center of it

Method
1. Collect all the Ingredients,bamboo and be ready for the preparation

4. Add the garam masala and chilly powder then add the tomatoes and salt to saute it well
5. Tomatoes turn in to mashing consistency then add the mushrooms into it
6. Pour 1 cup of curd into the masala mix it well, cook it for few mins
7. Enrich the flavor add the chopped mint leaves
8. Pour 1 : 1 1/2 cup of water into the mushroom mixture leave it till boiling
9. Put the soaked basmati rice into the fresh bamboo
10. Pour the mushroom watery gravy above the rice and mix it well with rice
11. Close the open of bamboo with the banana leaf and silver foil
12. Fire the charcoal before 30 min, then place the prepared bamboo in center of it
13. It take long time to cook, 15 min after take out the silver foil from it then leave it to cook till the water dried condition
14. Look the texture, now it became dry, no water is there, in this stage take out from the bamboo
15. Use the long needle or ladle release it in sides then transfer into the banana leaf
16. It is ready to serve with onion raita
