Onion Sour Chutney / Vengaya puli chutney - step by step Procedure with photos

 

1. Heat the oil in kadai and add the Shallots, red chillies, and tamarind, saute it well and make it as light brown colour 


2. Cool it for 5 min then make it as a fine paste spicy sour chutney

serve it with dosa, idly and chapatti
