Coriander Chutney / Kothamalli chutney / Green Chutney / हरे धनिये की चटनी - Step by step procedure with photo explanation

 

 Ingredients 

2 tbsp Bengal gram 

4 Greenchillies 

2 nos Onion 

2 nos Tomatoes 

Small piece Tamarind 

For Tempering 

Oil 

Mustard seeds 

Black gram 

Bengal Gram 

Curry Leaves 

 

 Method

1. Heat the oil in kadai and add the Bengal gram roast it light brown colour

 2. Add all prepared ingredients step by step

 3. finally add the washed coriander leaves into it and saute it well

 

4. It is best to Serve it with dosa and idly
