Coconut chutney / Thengaai chutney / नारियल की चटनी/ Nariyal Ki Chutney/Thenga Chammanthi

 Ingredients 

1 no Coconut

6 nos Greenchillies 

Small piece Ginger 

2 nos Garlic 

1 cup Roasted gram 

salt 

Tempering 

Mustard seeds

black gram 

Bengal gram 

Curry leaves 

Red chilly

Method 

1. Grate the coconut and keep it ready for the preparation 

2. Add all other ingredients together into the coconut 

3. Grind it fine paste to make a tasty chutney for idly and dosa 

4. Make a tempering with oil, mustard, black gram, bengal gram, chilli and curry leaves
