Cauliflower Manchurian / Gobi Manchurian / Chinese cauliflower Manchurian/Indo- chinese Gobi Manchurian - step by step procedure with pictures

Ingredients 

1/2 kg Cauliflower

For Batter 

1 1/2 cup Refined flour

1/2 cup Cornflour

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tbsp Pepper powder

1 Cap Soy sauce 

For Sauce 

4 tbsp oil

2 tbsp chopped garlic

2 tbsp chopped ginger

2 tbsp chopped celery 

3 nos chopped green chillies 

2 nos chopped onion

1 tbsp red chilli sauce 

3 tbsp Tomato sauce 

1 tbsp Soy sauce 

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp pepper powder

1 cup water

1/2 tsp Ajinomotto ( optional)

Oil for fry 


Method

1. Cut and Wash the cauliflower in hot water



2. Make the batter with above ingredients, mix it and fry it in oil with medium heat

3. Pre Prepare all the ingredients and keep it ready for the preparation

4. Heat the oil in chinese wok then add the chopped garlic, ginger, greenchillies, celery and onion then saute it well 

5. Add the sauces like red chillies sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce then saute it well

6. Pour the water to make it as like Sauce texture the add the fried cauliflowers into it and mix it well till dry

7.  Finally add the chopped spring onion then mix it well. serve it hot with fried rice
