Ingredients
For dough
250 gm Refined flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp instant yeast
water
Sauce
6 nos Tomato
6 Garlic
2 Bay leaf
salt
Pepper
Topping
2 no onion ( 2 cup)
3 no Tomatoes
1 no Capsicum
2 no Carrot
1 no bay leaf
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
50 gm mozzarella cheese
METHOD
1.In vessel take 2 cup of refined flour and 1 tbsp of yeast in separate container then add the Luke warm water for better fermentation
2. Add the powdered sugar and salt in the flour then mix it well
3. In the flour mixture add the soaked yeast then pour the water little by little to make a very soft dough
4.Leave it for fermentation upto 20 mins
5. To make the sauce firstly blanch the tomatoes and make it puree
6. Heat the oil in kadai then add the garlic and bay leaf , roast it well then you add the tomato puree and reduce the moisture by slow cooking
7. Heat the oil in kadai then add the garlic, bay leaf, sliced onion and carrot then saute it well, then finally add the tomatoes and capsicum, after it reach half cooked then add the tomato sauce to mix it well
8. Take out the fermented dough and divided into three balls and then roll out as like chapati, make a small hole with fork for reduce the bubbles during the cooking
8. Take the cooked pizza pita then apply the sauce one layer, then vegetable mixture another layer, finally add third layer with grated mozzarella cheese
9. Again transfer into tawa cook with closed lid for 3 mins for melting the cheese
10. Cut it with pizza cutter and serve it with Italian seasoning or chilli flakes
