Tomato pasta / Indian style Pasta / இந்தியன் ஸ்டைல் தக்காளி பாஸ்தா / टोमेटो पास्ता की रेसिपी

 

 Ingredients 

500 gm Spiral Pasta

2 tbsp Chopped Garlic 

3 nos Chopped Redchillies 

1 no Chopped Onion 

6 nos Chopped Tomatoes 

1 no Chopped Capsicum 

1 tsp salt 

1 tsp Chilli powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 

1 tsp Garam masala

1 tbsp Cumin Powder 

20 gm Mozzarella Cheese 

 

Method 

1. Firstly start the preparation to boil the water to cook the pasta, add 2 tbsp oil in hot water to avoid stickiness   



2. Cut the ingredients and keep it ready for the preparation

3. Heat the oil in kadai then add the chilli flakes, chopped garlic, and chopped onion saute it well till it turn light brown colour 




4. Add the masalas like turmeric, chilli, cumin, and garam masala  saute it well, then immediately add the chopped tomatoes to make it as like sauce  



5. To enhance the flavor to add the 1 tbsp of sugar and Tomato ketchup to make the sweet and spicy sauce

 

 

6. Finally mix the boiled pasta into the sauce and check the seasoning 



7. Serve the Pasta with grated cheese in piping hot
