Spring Rolls / Chinese Spring Rolls / Veg Spring Rolls

 

Ingredients 

For dough 

250 gm Refined flour ( Maida)

1/2 tbsp salt

1/2 tbsp pepper powder 

50 gm cornflour

For Stuffing 

2 Tbsp Chopped Ginger

1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic 

1 Tbsp Chopped Celery 

2 nos Onion

200 gm Cabbage 

100 gm Carrot

1 no Capsicum

1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce 

2 tbsp Tomato Sauce 

1 tsp Salt 

1 tsp Pepper Powder 

2 Spring Onion ( Chopped )

Oil - to fry  

 

1. Take refined flour, cornflour, salt and pepper in vessel, gradually add water to make a stiff dough.

2. Cut the vegetables and keep it ready for the preparation ( make a shredded)  


3. Heat the oil in kadai then add the chopped ginger, garlic and celery, to make the flavorful then add the sliced onion, shredded carrots.Cabbage, and capsicum saute it well with salt and pepper.
 





4. After well saute the vegetables then add the schezwan  Red chilli sauce and soy sauce mix it well 


5. Add the tomato ketch up then mix it well in piping hot

6. Finally add the chopped spring onion then mix it well to complete the stuffing 


 7.  Divide the dough into balls and roll out it as like a chapatti then place the stuffing in one corner and roll it as like below

 

 

 

 

 

 

8. Fry it in medium heat to make a golden brown colour 

 

 

 9. Serve it with garlic sauce or tomato sauce
