Ingredients
250 gm Leftover Rice batter
or
200 gm Idly rice
50 gm Black gram
1 no Onion (chopped )
3 nos Greenchillies
2 spring Curry Leaves
Salt
Oil - to fry
Method
1. Take the leftover idly batter or otherwise prepare the batter with idly rice and black gram
2. Cut the ingredients like onion, curry leaves and greenchillies and then mix it with the batter, check the consistency if need add the rice flour to thick the consistency
3. Fry it in medium heat to make golden brown colour
4. Serve it with spicy onion chutney
