Ingredients
1kg Country chicken
250 gm Shallots ( Small onion )
1/2 tbsp Peppercorns
1 tbsp Cumin
25 nos Garlic
5 no Red chillies
2 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tbsp Chilli Powder
1/4 tbsp Turmeric
50 ml Oil
2 spring Curry leaves
2 tbsp salt
METHOD
1. Heat the oil in kadai, then add the shallots, peppercorns, cumin, garlic, and redchillies

2. The ingredients turn into light brown colour then add the tomatoes and salt, saute it well
3. After the tomatoes cooked it well then add the masalas like coriander powder, chilli powder, and turmeric, then roast it well to reduce the raw flavor then make it a paste
4. Cut the country chicken with skin ( it is a very important Procedure), clean and ready in cook pan, add the enough water and salt
5. Add the roasted and paste masala into it

6. Mix it well in chicken mixture, and add the fresh curry leaves into it
7. Close the pan and leave it for 5 whistle to tender the chicken, now the gravy is ready to serve

8. Serve it with Rice, chappati, or paratha.
