Ingredients
3 cup Jaggery
1 cup Coconut
Method
1. Measure the Jaggery and coconut by cups and keep it aside
2. Reduce the moisture in coconut and to make a dry roast
3. Heat the jaggery with water to make a syrup then strain it in strainer to remove the dust particles in jaggery
4. To make the thick syrup, string consistency, check the consistency with cold water
5. After the thick consistency gradually add the dried coconut
6. After sometimes again check it with water and rolled out with finger to identify the rolling consistency
7. Before transfer into the plate, grease it and keep it ready
8. Cool the mixture till the thick consistency for to make a ball or flat shape
Note : Every time touch the water and to make the balls
9. Try it and enjoy this traditional and healthy sweet with your family.
