Ingredients
- Oil - 30 ml
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- curry leaves - 2 spring
- Shallots ( small onions) - 200 gm
- Redchillies - 6 nos
- Tomato - 10 nos
- Potatoes - 4 nos
- Greenchillies - 2 nos
- Coriander leaves - 2 spring
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
1. Heat the oil in pressure cooker then add the mustard seeds leave it to crack
2. Add the greenchillies and redchillies make as a flavourable in oil
3. Its the time to add the cutted shallots and curry leaves and turmeric powder then saute it well
4. Turn the colour of onion is cooked then add the tomatoes and potatoes stir it frequently for 3 mins,
then add the salt to mix it well, after that add 2 cups of water then leave it to cook by close lid and put the weight
5. After the 2 whistle switch off the stove, then rest for 5 min, Remove the lid and mash it well till it form like a mashed condition
6. Enjoy the real traditional taste. Serve the bhaji with Idly or dosa or chappati
