Noodles Omelette ( Snack or Dinner for kids )- step by step procedure with the pictures @ Ve chef

Ingredients 

1. Onion - 1 no 

2. Curry leaves - 6 nos

3. Tomatoes - 2 nos 

4. Salt - 1/2 tsp

5. Noodle Masala / curry powder - 1 or 2 tsp 

6. Noodles - 2 bars 

7. Egg - 3 nos 

8. Pepper powder - 1 tsp 

9. Oil - 20 ml ( 3 tbsp )

Method     

1. Heat the oil in kadai then add the onion and curry leaves then saute it well, it turn it light brown colour then you add the tomato and salt saute it well.


2. Pour 1 : 2 cup of water then you add the noodle masala or curry powder for to make a good in taste 


3. After the water is boiled then you add the noodles into it and make it as like how you prepare the noodle same like make it as dry 



5. Break the egg in cup then beat it well with salt and pepper powder  



6. After beat the egg add the prepared noodles into it to beat it well 


7. Tawa ( griddle ) reach the heat then you pour the egg mixture on it and spread it 


8. Cook both the sides of omelette and serve it as a pieces
