Masala Puri / Masala Poori - Step by step procedure with pictures @ Ve chef

Ingredients 

1. Wheat flour  - 1/2 kg 

2. Onion - 1 no 

3. Green chilies - 3 nos 

4. Chopped  Coriander leaves -  2 tbsp 

5. Boiled potatoes - 1 no

6. Chilli powder - 1 tsp 

7. Salt - 1 tsp 

8. Water - to mix 

9. Oil - to fry

   

                              


Method

1. Take the Wheat Flour in vessel mix it well with all the ingredients in one stretch to make the dough






2. After all the ingredients are mixed well then you pour the water gradually and make it a smooth soft dough 


3. Rest the dough with closed lid for half an a hour


4. Divide the dough into equal balls then touch the oil and press out with your fingers like round shape 



5.  Fry the puris or poories in hot oil then serve it immediately with potato masal or any chutneys
