Fried chicken / Indian style fried chicken - step by step procedure with pictures @ Ve Chef

Ingredients 

For Marination 
6 nos of chicken drumstick ( leg )
2 tbsp Curd 
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 
1 tsp turmeric powder 
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp salt 
2 wedges of lemon
Oil to fry 

For Coating 

1 Egg White
5 tbsp Cornflour 
1/2 tsp salt 
1 tsp chilli powder

Method 

1. Take the 6 pieces of chicken drumstick ( leg) clean and keep it ready


2. In the chicken add the curd, turmeric,  ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, curry powder, salt and lemon wedges  

                              




3. Mix it well with the masalas inside the chicken and keep it aside for an a hour


4. After an a hour coat the chicken by the procedure of separate the egg white and keep it aside 


5. Take the cornflour, salt, chilli powder in separate vessel or plate  and mix it well



6. Now starting to coat the chicken in all the sides with the cornflour mixture  


7.The second coating is done with dip the chicken into egg white  and at the same time dip into cornflour mixture for the last coating 

 



8. Fry the chicken in oil immediately after dipped into second coating 


9. Serve it with garlic sauce or tomato sauce. Try it and enjoy with your family
