Chilli Garlic Noodles ( indo chinese recipe) - Step by step Procedure with Pictures

 





Ingredients 

1. Noodles     -    1/2 kg 
2. Garlic         -    2 tbsp 
3. Celery         -    2 tbsp 
4. Redchillies  -    4 nos 
5. Onion         -    2 nos 
6. Cabbage     -    100 gm 
7. Carrot         -     2 nos 
8. Capsicum   -     1 no
9. Beans          -     1 tbsp 
10. Spring onion - 2 no ( lengthwise)
11. Red Chilli sauce - 2 tbsp 
12. Tomato sauce  - 2 tbsp 
Methods 
  1. Boil the noodles in hot water for 10 min with the oil and after boil drain out the water and dry out in plate for 15 mins 

  2. At the same time ready your cuts of vegetables as in the list 
  3. Heat the oil in the kadai fry the garlic, red chilli and onion
  4. After the onion is fried it well, now you add the celery 
  5. Add the cabbage, carrot, capsicum and beans then saute it well.
  6. Now the time to add the red chilli sauce then mix it well with the vegetables.
  7. Add the noodles and mix it well with vegetable mixture
  8. finally add the tomato sauce and honey to saute it well
  9. Garnish with celery leaves and spring onion
  10. Immediately Serve it with the garlic sauce
