3. Milk - 750 ml
4. Ghee - 50 ml

Method
1. Soak the almonds in water for 4 Hrs
2. Remove the skin and grind it coarsely ( not like paste )
3. Boil the milk and then add the ground badam into it
4. Saffron and crushed cardamom will add in this time
4. Boil the almond till the milk will dry
5. After milk is dried the add the sugar into it, it will melt and the texture will change like watery
6. After 5 min it will turn thick, then you add the ghee gradually and make the halwa in the perfect way
7. Garnish with cashewnut, Badam, pista and silver paper ( optional )
